History of Our Company

Over the years, there has been acceptance and demand for western wear by women, owing to several factors; one reason being that a group - possibly the generation that has been wearing western clothes during their school and college days, still continues to do so. Socially, there has been a shift towards the nuclear families, where the choices are greater for women in terms of clothes.

Also, the sudden spurt of jobs, such as in call centres has enhanced the need for western attire. Cable TV has brought in awareness even in small towns, where women aspire to be fashionable. Ritika Enterprises was founded in the year 1996 by a team of renowned designers who have had the track record of creating and developing some of the finest designs in women's ready-to-wear segment. Today, we are recognized as a leading manufacturer, exporter and supplier of Women's Wear including Blouses, Dresses, Skirts, Tops, Tunics, Scarves, Ponchos, Stoles, etc.

Design Philosophy

Our rage of ready-to-wear garments display an individualistic interpretation of traditional and conventional design concepts blended with strategy based market oriented, ready-to-wear collections. The designers are known to experiment with innovative technology and unique material, producing collections, which are an amalgamation of all kinds of observations and Indian heritage. The designs of our Women's Wear are trendy and targeted at the younger generation.

Quality

All Women's Wear and other garments at Ritika Enterprises are subjected to a series of comprehensive tests, controls and inspections during the entire production process, in order to guarantee top quality and full functionality.

The quality inspectors are well-versed in the nuances of pattern, weave, fiber, composition and wearability. We ensure that all the fabrics used by our company are of the finest quality threads. A lot of emphasis is laid on the designs, color and strength of the clothes. Thus, we have a wide client base spread across the Mauritius, Norway, Poland and Russia and boast of an export percentage of 75%. 

Workforce

We, Ritika Enterprises, are of the opinion that the well-being of the company and that of its people is interdependent; and that the company's most valuable assets are its people. We owe our success to the planning and professionalism of our employees. Our company has an in-house team of textile engineers and designers, who work in tandem to provide the best to the clients.

Production Unit

Our infrastructural facility includes a modern fabrication unit consisting of latest machines and equipments. The production units have four separate facilities for Cutting, Embroidery, Stitching and Laundry. The CAD/CAM technology enhances our capacity to develop patterns and products based on market/customer requirements.

Owing to the strategic location of our production units, we are well connected to the rest of country and the world by road, port and aviation; this has ensured a track record of on time delivery of the consignments.
